Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any change or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order.
Requests made after this time cannot be guaranteed. Once your order arrives, it can still be returned for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX — as well as PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse.
Please allow extra time for processing during holidays or sale seasons.
We process orders Monday through Friday, and most are shipped within 1–2 business days after the order date.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, please allow 6–15 days for your order to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 17 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
All prices displayed on our website are tax-free in USD.
However, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by us.
We are also not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
Include your order number, photos of the product(s), and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
For credit or debit card payments, refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item or approve the cancellation.
